Metal Stamping

For fast and cost-effective solutions, our group operates over 15 progressive-press and over 10 single-press metal stamping machines with tonnages of up to 300 Ton. To deliver the best outcomes, we have opted to use 100% Japanese machines that offer the highest precision and consistency.

Featuring a 0.85m progressive platform, our metal stamping equipment is capable of high-speed progressive press output that also minimises labour and energy costs. The large size of the progressive platform (1.5m x 1.0m) enables stamping of both large and small components.

Precision Spring

We specialise in mass production of precision springs measuring 0.3 to 1 mm in diameter and with torsions, compressions, and extensions of 0.16 - 3.0 mm, 0.1 - 4.0 mm, and 0.2 to 0.8 mm respectively.

Quality Control

CMM 3D measuring equipment is employed for quality control, which is capable of measuring the part dimensions from all directions at the submicron level.
